This is another model that we built for WALTER BUSINESS-PARK for the group’s Expo Real 2023 stand. The main goal was to showcase the flexibility of these industrial buildings with different tenant types. It was an interesting task to open the building from three sides, creating a classical sectional part on one end, a roofless top view and an elevation cut-out on the ground floor.

The available space at the exhibition set the size and scale of the model, but the 1:150 was absolutely fine to model the details of this simple elevation and have fun with some tiny furniture and accessories.
