A marketing model for a real estate development to showcase the building’s unique design with the fins all around. An additional challenge was the  unorthodox scale required based on the available space where the model was originally going. The aim was to maximize the diameter of the circular layout, placed onto an exhibition plinth.  Walter Immobilien had this model on display at the Expo Real in 2023. 

The building has a traditional, layered structure, built out of laser-cut elements, used on many  architectural models of similar scale. The balconies have a light, lime wood veneer to represent the flooring and bring a natural material to the model. A very thin, photo-etched, circular structure was built to locate and hold the fins at place.
